ISO 14001 - Trident Group Australia is ISO 14001 compliant with quality management systems implemented to improve and protect the environment by achieving a balance between the environment, society, and the needs of our customers by balancing sustainability, without compromising our overall high-quality services.

ISO 45001 - Trident Group Australia is ISO 45001 compliant with quality management systems implemented to promote and protect the physical and mental health of our staff, your staff, your customers and patients by working towards the elimination of hazards and work-related injury by continuing to improve our health and safety performance by taking effective preventative and protective measures.

Work Health and Safety Policy

Trident is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all workers (including on-hire workers, contractors and volunteers) as well as clients, visitors and members of the public.

Misconduct Policy

This Misconduct Policy applies to every director, officer, company secretary, employee, and contractor of the Company to ensure that the Company complies with the Code. For the purposes of this Policy, each of the above individuals are referred to as a Staff Member.

Dispute Resolution Policy

This Dispute Resolution Policy sets out the Company’s approach on addressing disputes and managing complaints from its consumers.
